Do you offer trials?

The number of orders that you’re processing through Shopify that are not tagged as subscriptions by your subscription provider. We aren’t influencing these orders so we don’t charge you for them.

How do you define monthly non-subscription orders?

We want to earn your business every month by driving results. Repeat is month-to-month so you’re never locked into a long-term contract.

Do you do month-to-month or annual contracts?

Once you choose a plan we will ask you to accept our terms of service before collecting payment information. From there you will be directed to our starting guide and a member of our team will reach out to get Repeat set up.

What happens once I choose a plan?

No worries! We only move you to the next tier if we see consistent usage in that next threshold for 3 months in a row. Similarly, we adjust you down a tier if we see consistent usage in the lower tier.

What if my price tier changes after subscribing?

Our plans are based on the number of non-subscription order volume. Which means you get all of what Repeat has to offer on the plan that fits your size.
